PRE-ORDER POLICY

We would like to inform you that our anticipated delivery dates on pre-order items are accurate however may be subject to change. 411 takes no responsibility in the event that the pre-order item is delayed. 

Selecting a pre-order item may cause delays to the dispatch of your full order. If you ordered a pre-order item, in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching. However, if you require the exisiting item as soon as possible, we recommend you place two seperate orders.
