Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will love your 411 goodies as much as we do but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing and only offer refunds if the item is defective or faulty.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up, fake tan and pet hair.

All items need to be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refund on sale items unless defective or faulty. 

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item/s on our website.

All swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).

We do not accept any exchanges or returns on any swimwear or underwear unless defective or faulty.

Please return shoes in the original box in a postage bag. The box must be received in original condition to be accepted.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.

 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. 
  • If you return your item/s for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges. 
  • If your requested exchange is out of stock or you seek an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit will be automatically issued.

  Response Time

  • We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds within 1-3 days of receipt.

  •  Card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
